Job summary

BW Converting is seeking an experienced Testing Lead to oversee internal testing of standard equipment (M3), direct service technicians, and ensure final acceptance meets specifications. The role emphasizes data-driven reporting and root-cause analysis for process improvements.

This on-site position in Green Bay, WI requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with Lean manufacturing experience and a minimum of 8 years in related roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products delivered to customers meet the agreed specifications.
• Coordinating work with all stakeholders to align goals and share progress.
• Participate at MCR meeting to support the testing phase
• Generate/maintain testing plans, as well as documenting all progress for project reporting.
• Solutions analysis. Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting them into standard formats.
• Interpret data and identify answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents and conducting root cause analyses to address operational or system inefficiencies.
• Continuous improvement. Systematically document improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Engineering team for validation into standards.
