Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Services to lead multiple client-facing engagements, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementations. You will build comprehensive plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage timelines and budgets to meet client outcomes.

This role requires on-site work at MIS office with 10+ years in IT/software PM, PMP preferred, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Software IT or related field.
10+ years of software implementation or PM in IT/software delivery environments.
PMP certification preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools (ClickUp preferred).
Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Lead project teams from initiation through delivery, ensuring budget adherence and quality.
Monitor scope and risk, escalating issues affecting schedule or cost.
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients, building relationships from analyst to exec level.
Provide clear status updates and manage escalations to maintain client confidence.
Foster collaborative, solution-oriented team environment.
