Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Technical Services in Columbus, OH. You will lead cross-functional project teams across generic commercialization, site transfers and lifecycle changes, ensuring on-time delivery with cost and quality targets.

The role emphasizes program planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with mentorship responsibilities and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a scientific and/or related operations discipline with 9+ years in pharma and/or project management.
• M.S. degree with 7+ years in pharma and/or project management.
• Active PMP certification and experience with GMP/DEA/FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams for generic commercialization, site transfers, and change management initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, RAID logs, and cost assessments to meet milestones.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and share best practices across the department.
• Coordinate change management activities including SME assessments and master change protocols.
• Deliver timely communications to stakeholders on risks, contingencies, and project status.
