Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Program Executive to lead strategic capital programs and site expansion initiatives, ensuring readiness to support local, regional, and global requirements.

You will direct cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations, manage multiple projects and resources, and apply risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline with 15+ years of capital program management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale capital projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (FDA, DEA, EMA, OSHA, EPA, NFPA) and building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular onsite attendance to support project execution and objectives.
• Lead complex capital programs with scope, cost estimation, scheduling, and engineering solutions up to $200 million.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, environmental, health, regulatory, and cGMP requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams by aligning objectives, managing risks, and resolving issues.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, contract oversight, and governance to maximize value and compliance.
• Manage project resources (employees, contractors, external partners) to optimize outcomes and minimize total cost of ownership.
• Oversee implementation, readiness, and closeout activities including documentation and training.
• Serve on the Capital Investment Committee and provide strategic input on investments and long-term planning.
• Drive development and sustainability of business processes, SOPs, and work instructions for operational excellence.
• Represent programs to leadership and stakeholders with clear status updates, risks, and outcomes.
