Qualifications

  • PMI-PMP certification is required; CS M or SAFe Agilist is a plus; ITIL and Lean Six Sigma are beneficial.

# **General Notes**The Senior Technical Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional technology projects that support clinical, operational, and administrative initiatives across the healthcare system. Reporting to the Director of the IT PMO or a department leader, the Senior Technical Project Manager collaborates closely with IT architects, clinical informatics, application analysts, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. **Preferred Qualifications*** Master's Degree in Health Informatics, Project Management, or related field with at least 7 year(s) of experience in healthcare IT project management.* Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms.* Experience in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project methodologies. **Licenses, Registrations or Certifications****Required:*** Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI **Preferred:*** Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist* ITIL Foundation Certification* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher #
