Senior Project Manager, Team Lead
As the Team Lead Sr. Project Manager, you will manage a team of project managers responsible for infrastructure project management at client Office, Operations, and rated sites. You will play a critical role in bringing the best talent and leadership, creating opportunities for our associates through coaching, development, and performance management. You will coordinate and oversee workflow, processes, and portfolio metrics. Reporting to the Managing Director of Project Management & Development, you will partner with Facilities Management, Engineering, Senior Leaders, and clients to shape organizational strategy and oversee exceptional project management routines that differentiate us from competitors. This position is 100% remote and requires 25% travel.
The Senior Project Manager provides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments through interaction with clients, internal and external project management teams, general contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating the execution of services and processes related to client agreements and KPIs for project management. The role involves successfully executing programs and projects aligned with Cushman & Wakefield's strategic initiatives, managing all Office/Ops and data center-related project objectives, and supporting process development and quality initiatives across the account.
The Senior Project Manager oversees project management for specific client accounts, property portfolios, or large facilities. This includes monitoring and coordinating services related to client agreements, infrastructure projects, and tenant improvements. The role involves supervising project managers, working closely with account and facility management teams, and providing detailed progress reports.
B.S. Degree in Engineering preferred; otherwise, 7 years of relevant engineering experience. Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/construction project roles, with at least 5 years in supervisory positions, especially in data center or infrastructure projects.
Cushman & Wakefield offers comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The salary range for this position is $153,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location.
