What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of project managers overseeing infrastructure projects at client sites
- Lead meetings, develop project budgets and timelines to meet client objectives
- Supervise project managers and oversee their performance and development
- Prepare and coordinate project reports for clients and property management teams
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and manage project-related documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
- Required 7 years of experience in Data Center or Infrastructure projects
- B.S. Degree in Engineering preferred or 7 years of equivalent engineering experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
