What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of project managers and oversee workflow, processes, and portfolio metrics
- Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Supervise project managers, providing coaching, development, and performance management
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations throughout project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. Degree in Engineering preferred or 7 years of equivalent engineering experience
- Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
- Required 7 years of experience in Data Center or Infrastructure projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and technical proficiency
