Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, DE seeks a Senior Associate in the TCIO Innovation Project & Program Management team to coordinate key initiatives and support stakeholder engagement.

You will create project plans, track milestones, translate business problems into requirements, collaborate with Centers of Excellence, and help prioritize use cases while driving productivity improvements and cost savings across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in technical project or product management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive level presentations.
• Experience with Agile project management and using project management software such as Jira or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead project manager on key initiatives, create project plans and scorecards, track milestones, and manage communications to senior stakeholders.
• Consult with TCIO stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable requirements and design specifications.
• Collaborate with firmwide Centers of Excellence to support adoption of emerging technologies and platform migrations.
• Monitor and report productivity improvements and cost savings within the project portfolio.
• Support intake and prioritization of new use cases from business stakeholders.
