Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager- Systems Implementation to support internal PM/CM teams and external clients across Boise, Wichita, and Seattle areas with a hybrid work option.

You will lead the development and implementation of standardized project management processes, configure those processes within integrated project management systems, and develop training materials to promote consistent, high-quality project execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and analyzing Primavera P6 schedules.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing processes with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with executive leadership and clients.
• Experience implementing and working with project management and information management systems.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to deliver strategic, actionable insights.
• Experience managing costs across large, multi-project programs.
• Experience developing program- and project-level reporting, including executive status reporting.
• Experience developing and applying formal change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement and continuous optimization.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client offices as needed.
