Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Project Manager- Systems Implementation in a hybrid model with Boise, ID, Wichita, KS, and Seattle, WA area.

You will support internal PM/CM teams and external clients, partnering with engineering, design, and construction professionals to drive standardized PM and controls across large programs. You will develop processes, configure systems, and create training to ensure high-quality execution, with travel to project sites as needed and collaboration

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, and analyzing Primavera P6 schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing processes with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with executive leadership and clients.
  • Experience implementing and working with project management and information management systems.
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to deliver strategic, actionable insights.
  • Experience managing costs across large, multi-project programs.
  • Experience developing program- and project-level reporting, including executive status reporting.
  • Experience developing and applying formal change management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement and continuous optimization.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and client offices as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and construction to gain a comprehensive understanding of project delivery—from planning and design through procurement, construction, and project controls.
  • Support the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized project management and project controls processes, configure those processes within integrated project management systems, and develop training materials that promote consistent, high-quality project execution.
  • Actively apply project controls best practices to enable effective cost and schedule management across large, multi-project programs.
  • Help align processes, systems, and resources to support best-in-class project delivery.
  • You will collaborate with experts across Jacobs to strengthen skills and contribute across a diverse portfolio of projects.

We are seeking a motivatedProject Manager- Systems Implementation in the Boise, ID, Wichita, KS, and Seattle, WA area with an option of hybrid work, to support internal PM/CM teams and external clients.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • 8+ years of experience in project management

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

  • Experience building Power BI reports
  • Experience with Project Management systems, e.g., Unifier, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, etc.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management systems
  • Ability to work well within a team that may consist of client team members
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations (visual, written, and verbal)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast‑paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $85,200.00 to $149,100.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
