Heapy Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead full lifecycle design engineering, commissioning, energy optimization, sustainability, or related projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk while maintaining strong client relationships and a collaborative, colleague-first culture. The role emphasizes growth, meaningful work, and delivering healthier communities for the future.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year Engineering degree and 6–9 years of design engineering experience.
• Professional registration preferred.
• Experience managing medium-to-large projects with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of HEAPY Vision, Mission and Core Values and apply them to project work.
• Lead project scope, schedule, budgets, and resources; ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project cost control, billing milestones, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Architect, Construction Manager, and other stakeholders; establish liaison networks.
• Manage client communications, risk, and change management to optimize performance.
