Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4-year degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in design engineering.
• Professional registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects serving K-12 and higher education clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall performance.
• Coordinate engineering teams across disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
• Grow HEAPY's Education portfolio in the region.
