Job summary

CFB Surveying, LLC (CFB) in Clearwater, FL is hiring a Project Manager for the Survey Division. You will lead diverse surveying projects from proposal to final deliverables, coordinating field and office teams to ensure quality and on-time outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in land surveying and project management; Florida PSM license strongly preferred, with a degree in Surveying/Geomatics. Expect growth, mentorship, and collaborative teamwork across Florida.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in land surveying and project management.
• Florida PSM license strongly preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure may be considered.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Surveying/Geomatics required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with Boundary, ALTA/NSPS surveys, Topographic surveys, and Right-of-Way mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of surveying projects from proposal through final deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate field and office staff.
• Ensure project schedules and budgets are maintained and quality standards met.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to survey teams including CAD professionals.
• Oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and as-built surveys and deliverables.
