Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the Supply Chain Initiatives team to lead cross-functional efforts on high-complexity beverage projects. You will coordinate scope, timelines, and milestones with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and strategic alignment.

You will develop and maintain formal project management methods, manage multiple projects, and report progress to senior leadership while mentoring junior managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management preferred; MBA desirable.
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
  • 5-10 years of supply chain experience with SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to validate requirements and align to new product initiatives (e.g., item setup, artwork, sourcing location, capacity planning, production planning, demand planning, transportation, master data).
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Brand, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Supply Planning, external stakeholders and leadership to define project timelines.
  • Manage all Supply Chain Planning development and integration activities for multiple projects.
  • Prioritize multiple, sometimes conflicting, deliverables and make recommendations to ensure flawless execution.
  • Communicate project requirements and launch strategy to manufacturing plants as required.
  • Update tracking tools to monitor on-time delivery and accuracy of project deliverables.
  • Identify root causes of supply chain gaps and assist in issue resolution to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor issues throughout the lifecycle.
  • Use PM tools to track progress and present regular status reports to senior management.
  • Lead initiatives to improve project management methodologies and tools.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for leading cross functional teams to execute Hot Beverage Initiative projects for our Keurig Dr Pepper beverages. Projects will be of higher complexity with multiple interdependencies. The individual will work with internal & external business partners to drive full alignment of the project scope and timeline to ensure successful service across stakeholders. The project manager will engage as the primary point of contact for coordinating and ensuring timeline deliverables and strategic objectives are met.

As a member of the Supply Chain Initiatives Team, this position will share responsibility for developing, maintaining and improving formal project management methods and tools across the company.

What you will do:

  • Manage and update any tracking or reporting tools to monitor accuracy and on-time execution of deliverables for each project.
  • Identify root causes to supply chain-related gaps in project timelines and risks to deliverables. Support and/or lead issue resolution to prevent reoccurrence and improve project management processes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Use project management tools to track progress and performance. Generate regular status reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Lead initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or related field preferred, MBA desirable
  • Advanced certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are preferred
  • 5-10 years supply chain experience and experience with SAP or similar ERP system required
  • Experience in Consumer Products Goods
  • Experience in New Product Introduction
  • Proficiency in common knowledge-worker tools (Windows, Office Professional, Visio, etc.) and specialized project/program management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Planview or other project portfolio management (PPM) applications experience/skills desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role preferred
  • Providing strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and training junior project managers
