Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Frisco, TX is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional commercialization and major initiatives across supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing. You will define scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive accountability to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management within CPG or manufacturing, a PMP certification preferred, and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while applying best

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems.

Total Rewards
  • Salary Range: $68,600 - $110,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
