Job summary

Facade People in Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years leading complex manufacturing projects, including metal components and glass systems. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating with Sales, Architects, Contractors, and Engineering teams on design, fabrication and installation.

This onsite role requires strong scheduling, budgeting and vendor management, occasional travel, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management in manufacturing
• Experience with glass/glazing and architecture a plus
• 10+ years with steel/aluminium manufacturing and QC
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents/drawings
• Strong business judgment and profitability focus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from design to installation
• Negotiate contract language with Finance/Legal
• Manage client expectations and communications
• Review contracts and drawings for scope alignment
• Monitor budget and schedule performance
• Create and maintain project plans/schedules
• Maintain project files
• Oversee shop coordination for metal, aluminum and stainless steel
• Coordinate materials with Procurement and client
• Document installation methods to glaziers
• Submit samples/data/warranty
• Manage close-out and warranty documentation
