Job summary

Safe Zone LLC is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee glass and glazing on construction projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on coordinating between fabrication shop and field execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while upholding quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a solid background in project management within the glass industry or related field, with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the glass industry or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with BlueBeam.
• Experience with Field Wire, AutoCAD, Building Connected preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans with scope, schedule and budget.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with fabrication shop.
• Client Interaction: Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Quality Control: Ensure outputs meet industry standards and quality benchmarks.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets and expenditures to meet financial targets.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project records and regular status reports.
