Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for a premier glass and glazing subcontractor in the Northeast. The role oversees exterior envelope and interior glazing projects, including curtain wall and storefront installations.

You will coordinate with design teams, coordinate budgets, and drive projects from development through completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably in façade subcontracting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Self-starter who thrives in a low-bureaucracy, collaborative setting.
• Proven ability to adapt to the glazing industry's changing demands.
• Strong knowledge of glazing systems (curtain wall, storefront, windows) and panel systems.
• Proficient reading of architectural drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of exterior envelope and interior glazing projects (curtain wall, storefront, windows).
• Coordinate with project team to meet deadlines and budget.
• Review architectural drawings, specs, and waterproofing/thermal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
