Management Recruiters of Davidson is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager for a leading Glass & Glazing organization in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on managing P&L, talent development, and end-to-end project leadership in storefront, curtainwall, and related façade systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in project management within glass/glazing, with strong decision-making and communication skills to coordinate with customers, architects, and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L, Talent Development, Sales, Project Management and Estimating (preferred).
• Demonstrated senior PM readiness for next career step.
• 5–10+ years PM experience in Glass/Glazing storefront, curtainwall, ACM panels and related façade projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from contract through close-out (RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, close-out docs).
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural drawings to understand intent.
• Oversee project management activities and use software/tools to track costs and progress.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT & GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Our client is a recognized Glass & Glazing organization with a proven track record of success. If you are a dynamic ProjectManager with strong glass and glazing/ facade project management experience and a passion for success/upward mobility, we are very interested to speak with you immediately. All other trades will NOT be considered.

Qualifications and Experienced Required:

• Experience managing P&L, Talent Development, Sales, Project Management and Estimating (preferred)
• Proven Sr. Project Manager ready for the next step in their career (mando)
• Prefer 5-10+ years of ProjectManagement experience (Storefront,Window Wall,Curtainwall,Sunshades / Screens, ACM Panel Systems, StructuralGlass WallsandSkylight projects)
• Ability towork independently;Confidence and knowledge to make critical decisions.
• Ability to handle project management from acquisition of contract through close-out (such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists and close-out docs)
• Prefer the ability to readand interpretblue prints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings and all schedules as to understand architectural intent
• Prefer experience with utilizingproject management software, spreadsheets and estimating software.
• Prefer project track recordof finalizing under budget (if possible); maintain / manageaccruedmaterial, equipmentand laborcosts.
• Must have the desire to grow professionally (growth / location plans)
• Demonstratesexcellent communicationskills with customers,suppliers, architects, management & site personnel, etc.
