Management Recruiters of Davidson is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager for a leading Glass & Glazing organization in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on managing P&L, talent development, and end-to-end project leadership in storefront, curtainwall, and related façade systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in project management within glass/glazing, with strong decision-making and communication skills to coordinate with customers, architects, and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L, Talent Development, Sales, Project Management and Estimating (preferred).
• Demonstrated senior PM readiness for next career step.
• 5–10+ years PM experience in Glass/Glazing storefront, curtainwall, ACM panels and related façade projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from contract through close-out (RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, close-out docs).
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural drawings to understand intent.
• Oversee project management activities and use software/tools to track costs and progress.
