Job summary

Brooksource seeks an experienced project management professional to lead large, complex initiatives from planning through execution in a fast-paced environment. You will direct cross-functional teams, drive alignment of financial and operational goals, and manage resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' work experience in operations, technology, finance, or comparable function; utility experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others; informal leadership experience and training preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent written/verbal communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management, leadership and coordination for large complex projects or transformational streams.
• Ensure alignment of financial and operational goals between projects and business unit; develop milestone schedules and cost tracking.
• Lead requirements gathering, planning, solution design, and obtain necessary approvals; manage cross-functional resources and dependencies.
