Job Description

This Senior Project Manager role involves leading planning and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, managing multifaceted digital and creative projects including websites, social media, mobile apps, out-of-home advertising, motion graphics, emerging technologies, brand and campaign strategies, media planning, and some video/photo shoots.

Your Impact

• Project Leadership: Manage larger, complex projects with higher budgets, ensuring seamless execution across multiple digital campaigns, driving innovation and excellence.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Align client expectations with project deliverables, coordinate internal/external teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and build strong client relationships.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide mid-level and junior staff, fostering growth and teamwork.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Make pivotal decisions on strategies, budgets, and timelines, navigating challenges autonomously.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to maintain fiscal health.

• Proven success managing high-budget, complex projects across sectors.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong planning, resource management, and quality control skills.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools; knowledge of design principles, UX/UI, and web tech is a plus.
