Job summary

Clark Construction in Washington, DC seeks a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of sports and entertainment projects across the Greater DC area. You will develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery for venues, arenas, and landmark sites.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in construction, proven leadership of project teams, and strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related discipline.
• 4+ years of construction experience; GC on large-scale projects preferred.
• 2+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Understanding of contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Manage project meetings, coordinate with owners, design firms, and subs.
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones and risk management.
• Drive safety culture and enforce Clark's policies on site.
• Support business development through proposals and client interactions.
