Clark Construction Group, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management on high-profile sports and entertainment projects in the Greater Washington, D.C. area.

You will create and manage project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, manage risk, and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met. The role supports Senior Project Manager, requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, and requires dedication to safety and quality on active sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, architecture, construction mgmt or related field.
• 4+ years in construction; GC experience preferred on large projects.
• 2+ years leading and mentoring teams.
• Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial project aspects.
• Ability to make timely, effective decisions.
• Experience delivering projects from start to finish.
• Skilled in developing/negotiating owner and contractor relations.
• Strong work ethic, leadership and ability to work fast-paced.
• Aligns with Clark Standards of Excellence: motivated, ethical, adaptable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Know and apply the company contracts and involved parties.
• Secure permits and verify subcontractor insurance.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Submit monthly status reports on priorities and issues.
• Close-out projects with manuals, warranties, and final docs.
• Maintain relationships with owner, design, and engineering teams.
• Set deadlines and monitor progress.
• Promote safety culture on site.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
• Foster inclusion and diversity.
