Job summary

The California Endowment in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for SPARK. This hybrid role requires two days in the LA office and oversees delivery of strategic initiatives, AI-enabled processes, and Kaizen improvements across departments.

Reporting to COFO, you will drive scope, milestones, and risk management, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution from concept through closeout in a mission-driven health philanthropy setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in project or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables; create actionable plans.
