Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or ABET-accredited program.
• MS degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Active California PE; SE strongly preferred.
• Strong seismic and code knowledge (CBC, ASCE 7).

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery: scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and on-time submittals.
• Provide technical leadership for CBC/ASCE 7 design across wood, steel, concrete, masonry.
• Prepare, review, and seal structural plans, details, and calculations (CA PE required; SE preferred).
• Lead production workflows: tasking, prioritization, QA/QC, and coordination with operations leadership.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, consultants, and legal/insurance stakeholders.
• Identify risk early and drive practical site-method solutions.
