Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (PE or PG Preferred) to join our Mid-Atlantic/Southeast ECC division in Cary, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15+ years of solid waste experience and a Professional Engineering License in Virginia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

This role includes managing multiple projects on landfill design, gas systems, construction planning, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The position offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of landfill design and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer License in Virginia, North Carolina, or South Carolina preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and develop future work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering design and project management on waste resources engineering projects.
• Manage landfill design, gas systems, and leachate systems.
• Coordinate construction planning, landfill operations, and compliance with environmental standards.
