SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring successful completion across nationwide solar, storage, and substation work. The role is based full-time on a jobsite in Yerington, NV with travel requirements.

The candidate will lead project teams, manage budgets, negotiate subcontracts, and ensure safety practices. Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years field construction management experience with supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, urgency, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contract law and project accounting; PM systems.
• Scheduling and cost control mastery across multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Develop budgets and GMP/Lump Sum contracts.
• Oversee safety plans with the superintendent.
• Maintain project schedules and reporting.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect and subs.
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases.
• Prepare and issue subcontract bid packages.
• Assist with business development and interviews.
• Close out projects and conduct warranty walks.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
