Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead office infrastructure construction projects, with a focus on MEP upgrades and BMS automation, for a financial services client. The role acts as Owner's Representative from initiation to completion and requires regional travel with a hybrid onsite schedule.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, and timelines, coordinating with clients and senior leadership, and mentoring other PMs while applying advanced industry knowledge to achieve

Qualifications

• Owner's Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PM Web or similar project management software.
• Ability to work with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and lead delivery resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Project reporting to the Project Management Director and leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across function areas.
• Define resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
• Ensure schedules stay on track and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Lead regular status meetings and guide the team to completion.
