You will oversee project execution, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and mentor engineers and estimators. Our employee-owned culture supports long-term growth and hands-on mentorship.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in site development projects.
• Broad technical knowledge in earthwork, utilities, concrete, and paving.
• Proven career stability and dedication in prior roles.
• Experience with asphalt work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply innovative solutions to building and estimating projects.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates aligned with plans.
• Review project plans, specs, and scope.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers/Assistant Estimators.
• Manage pay apps, change orders, RFIs, and closeout tasks.
