Job summary

Fahrenheit IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager with ServiceNow administration experience to join our Atlanta, GA team. You will drive IT operations initiatives, coordinate with functional groups, and lead the rollout of ServiceNow across departments.

You will develop training plans for end users, configure core and custom applications, and monitor ServiceNow health and compliance while enabling integrations and automation. Local candidates in GA are preferred for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT Operations experience.
• 3-5 years of ServiceNow administration in enterprise environments.
• Senior Project Manager responsibilities including coordination and rollout of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Perform support and maintenance of ServiceNow.
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow with the functional team.
• Coordinate support and development within the admin team.
• Develop end-user training plans and lead ServiceNow rollout to new departments.
• Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications in ServiceNow.
• Work with end users to resolve support issues.
• Monitor health, usage and compliance of ServiceNow; develop integrations and process automation.
