Job summary

This role requires 10+ years of leadership in mission-critical facilities, with PM discipline across all phases, strong budgeting, and experience with BIM coordination and data-center style delivery. Emphasis on uptime and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large construction programs or projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Knowledge of PM across all phases: pre-construction, design, procurement, construction, turnover.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and change management.
• Experience with Procore, E-Builder, Primavera P6, and MS Project; BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project or program execution aligning safety, quality, cost, schedule and readiness.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies including contracting and logistics.
• Provide leadership during pre-construction with budgeting, scheduling, and risk reviews.
• Oversee schedules and critical path across design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage project financial performance including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate with quality, construction, and commissioning teams to meet design intent.
• Drive off-site manufacturing, modularization, and prefabrication integration.
• Lead client engagement and provide executive reporting and issue resolution.
