Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple semiconductor capital equipment installation projects in Sherman, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Military leadership experience with project execution responsibilities.
• Equivalent combination of technical education or related semiconductor project experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple semiconductor capital equipment installation projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules from release through production turnover.
• Coordinate project activities across Equipment Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, OEMs, contractors and others.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, resource constraints and schedule impacts.
• Develop standardized project execution methodologies across the organization.
• Lead weekly installation coordination meetings and project execution reviews.
• Support production readiness and equipment turnover activities.
• Identify execution barriers and coordinate timely resolution.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for project recovery and resource allocation.
