Job summary

iCapital Network, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager AVP to support external clients through the project implementation and software development lifecycle.

You will manage statements of work, facilitate requirements analysis, baselining plans, and track financial status to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries. Based in the greater Colorado Springs area with a hybrid schedule (office Mon-Thu, remote Fri), you will oversee resources, changes in scope, KPIs, and maintain records in the PM system

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio.
• Experience with project management software (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
• PM Certifications are a plus (PMP, CSM, CAPM, SAFe).
• Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience is a plus.
• Experience in financial services, particularly life insurance or annuities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project deliverables to plan, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and meet client satisfaction.
• Maintain project financials at or below budget based on client-approved assessments.
• Deliver project timelines on time or ahead of schedule according to plan.
• Manage resources effectively through timely, accurate bookings and coordination of work product delivery.
• Assess, communicate, and manage changes to project scope for client approval.
• Track and achieve productivity, utilization, and margin metrics within established company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of resourcing, task management, bookings, time tracking, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and other project details in the project management system.
• Meet established KPIs in alignment with project management requirements.
