Job summary

Workplace Elements is seeking a seasoned Executive Project Manager to lead mid- to large-scale commercial flooring projects from concept to completion. You’ll coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and GCs to deliver on time, on budget, and with high quality.

Based in Denver, CO, you’ll oversee schedules, budgets, and construction docs while serving as the client’s primary partner. A proactive, organized leader with technical construction expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; PMP is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, WIP, and change orders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360.
• Excellent communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution for mid- to large-scale flooring projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct job site visits and coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Manage project financials: budgeting, forecasting, pay apps, and invoicing to meet profitability.
• Oversee documentation workflow: submittals, RFIs, CCDs, change orders, and tickets.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and general contractors.
