Qualifications

• 5+ years in home building, remodeling, or renovation as PM or skilled tradesperson.
• Ability to understand contracts for construction services and financing.
• Experience with home insurance claims is a plus.
• Strong math skills and familiarity with project budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes project site schedules and coordinates with homeowners.
• Codesigns specifications with Estimator and Production Manager to ensure margins.
• Orders materials and tracks delivery to align with schedule.
• Maintains updated project statuses in CRM and DF systems.
• Ensures timely project starts, progress, and completion to meet contract terms.
