The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restoration/construction, experience with water, flood, fire, mold remediation, a Bachelor's degree or related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration/construction.
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation.
• Safety courses as required for the position.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance.
• Support crisis management and on-call responses.
• Ability to respond after hours and on weekends.
