Job summary

You will manage daily operations, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining proactive communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in the industry, experience with water, flood, fire, mold, and asbestos remediation, and a Bachelor's degree or related experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restoration/construction or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation.
• Safety courses as required for the position.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance.
• Support crisis management and on‑call responses.
