Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Senior Project Director in Indianapolis to lead complex restoration projects from scope to completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are met.

You will collaborate with operations, gather field measurements, notes, and plans, prepare estimates and change orders, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relations while upholding safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in DR and GC.
• Proven track record managing large, complex losses and 10 Area Wide Events.
• Experience across multiple vertical specialties.
• Negotiation training and leadership in large-loss projects.
• High-level professional with 6+ current certifications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Healthcare-related role screening may apply per CCS Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from scope development through completion, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality goals are met.
• Oversee subcontractors, crews, and jobsite activities while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
• Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, bids, change orders, and client deliverables.
• Track project performance, analyze data, and proactively resolve risks to margins or timelines.
• Handle documentation, reporting, billing, and claim settlements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage large-loss restoration projects, including commercial and industrial jobs.
