Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources and budgets, develop project plans, and advise leadership on strategic implications. Travel 25–35% to facilities and restaurants; strong English communication and restaurant ops knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred or related project management certification.
• 5–7 years related restaurant management experience.
• 2–3 years project management experience in development of operating systems within a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Develops comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, and risk management.
• Oversees operational support activities for process improvements and system integrations.
• Maintains relationships with cross-functional partners and reports project status to stakeholders.
