Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a Shift Lead to support restaurant operations and maintain high standards of guest service and food quality. You will lead teams, ensure brand protocols, and help train futureShift Leads.

The role requires at least 6 months of restaurant experience, English communication, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Uniforms, meal discounts, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; age requirements may apply to comply with state and federal laws.
• Experience: 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Skills: Must complete Shift Lead training classes; in some states ServSafe certification may be required.
• Language: Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Technical: Basic reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.
• Treats all team members with respect and dignity.
• Follows company guidelines and executes protocols for daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operations.
• Encourages teams to deliver guest service and food quality in line with brand systems and safety requirements.
• Work with team members to drive long-term sales growth and profitability.
• Identify and train internal candidates for Shift Lead positions and assist in training staff.
• Interact with guests; address questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in using management tools to analyze restaurant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
