Job summary

QDOBA is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee restaurant operations in the absence or alongside the Restaurant Manager, guiding daily decisions and upholding Brand values. You will be responsible for building a people- and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional service and food quality, while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a customer service environment with some P&L responsibility.
• Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer /POS skills are required; background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Develop a people- and guest-centric culture that delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels; recruit and select employees.
• Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance; ensure training systems are implemented.
• Lead by example and maintain brand standards to drive guest satisfaction and business results.
