Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a Shift Lead to direct daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager. You will uphold brand standards, ensure excellent guest service and food quality, and help drive profitable results.

Responsibilities include team development, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies while maintaining a positive, guest-focused environment. The role requires a high school diploma and 6+ months in restaurant ops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; age requirements may apply to stay compliant with state/federal laws.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Shift Lead training is required; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Basic reading, writing, math and POS/computer skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
• Lead and develop team members, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Train internal candidates for Shift Lead roles.
• Ensure guest service and food quality meet expectations.
• Assist in analyzing operations and supporting budget goals.
