The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, strategic execution, and a pivotal part in Florida expansion with autonomy and visibility within a growing office.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• 9+ years of experience in project management for residential land development.
• Experience mentoring and developing project team members.
• Client-focused with a reputation for teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose: grow and mentor a high-performing team of PEs, EITs, CAD designers, and admins.
• Drive diverse projects: spearhead complex multi-family, mixed-use developments from planning through design and construction.
• Be a key player: act as primary client-facing contact, delivering on commitments with quality.
• Shape our growth: contribute to Florida expansion with autonomy and visibility.
