Job summary

Quiddity is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in municipal public infrastructure to join our Tampa team. You will lead the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, roadway, and drainage projects serving communities across the region.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, Florida P.E. licensure (or the ability to obtain), and 10+ years of municipal project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• P.E. license in Florida or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience focused on municipal projects.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Expertise in municipal water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning, design, and execution of public works infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, EITs, and technical staff throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate across disciplines and with local agencies to navigate permitting, regulatory compliance, and funding requirements.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations.
• Monitor and manage project financial performance, resource planning, and team utilization.
