Quiddity is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and mentor a growing team of PEs, EITs, CAD designers, and staff in Tampa and Lakeland. You’ll drive complex multi-family and mixed-use residential land development projects from concept through construction, while serving as the primary client liaison to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Technical Expertise: A Professional Engineering (PE) license with a solid background in civil engineering.

• Proven Leadership: Extensive project management experience specifically within residential community land development.

• A Passion for Development: A genuine interest in coaching a team and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Strategic Execution: The ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) License
• of 9+ years of experience in Project Management for residential Land Development projects; commercial land development experience is a plus
• Experience mentoring and developing project team members
• Client-focused with a reputation for solid teamwork and communication
