Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Orlando or Jacksonville, Florida offices. Senior PMs supervise land development projects, ensuring conformance to contracts, budgets, and schedules, while mentoring engineers and technicians.

You will lead design, plan production, permitting, and client relations, develop proposals, build partnerships with public agencies and communities, and drive professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil engineering.
• P.E. license in Florida.
• 10 years of experience managing land development projects from concept to completion.
• Experience with estimating project costs and schedules.
• Strong communication with clients, agencies, and teams.

Our Residential Land Development team is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Orlando, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida office. Senior Project Managers are responsible for the overall supervision of land development projects for conformity to contractual agreements made with clients within budget and on schedule.

What qualifications are needed and key to this role?

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.)designation in the state of Florida
• 10 years’ experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion including estimating costs of technical tasks in land development. Experience in Greater Orlando market highly preferred
• Extensiveknowledge of design and construction practices which, by passing on that knowledge to others, will aid in your success
• Proven experience and willingness to identify new opportunities with existing clients as well as having the confidence and ability to develop new client partnerships
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees in an organization
• Proven ability to developand maintainprofessional relationships withclients, public agency officials and community leaders
