The ideal candidate holds a Florida PE, a BS in Agricultural or Civil Engineering, and 10 years of relevant experience managing large projects. Strong client engagement and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Florida
• 10 years' experience managing substantial land development projects including estimating costs
• Experience in Greater Orlando market highly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written

Our Residential Land Development team is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Orlando, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida office. Senior Project Managers are responsible for the overall supervision of land development projects for conformity to contractual agreements made with clients within budget and on schedule.

What qualifications are needed and key to this role?

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Florida
• 10 years' experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion including estimating costs of technical tasks in land development. Experience in Greater Orlando market highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices which, by passing on that knowledge to others, will aid in your success
• Proven experience and willingness to identify new opportunities with existing clients as well as having the confidence and ability to develop new client partnerships
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees in an organization
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
