Job summary

Plano-Coudon is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join our Columbia MD office. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience building projects between $10M - $30M, with renovation and base building expertise, and is eager to build in various markets.

The Sr Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction from pre-con through close-out, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards, and will participate in business development and client relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in project management leading multiple projects.
• Ability to manage projects $10M-$25M; interest in larger work.
• Experience with Procore and P6 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive construction services from pre-construction through close-out.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, submittals, and safety programs.
• Oversee one large project or multiple smaller projects.
• Negotiate subcontractor terms and draft owner contracts.
• Engage in business development and client relationship building.
